BOB Fusion - The Final Season

Before we dive into what’s new, let’s look back at the highlights of Season 2:

Season 3 brings new challenges and new ways to harvest

Fresh start. Season 3 is a fresh start: Spice meters have been reset to zero and all users have the same chance to win the Spice race. Season 1 and 2 participants: Don’t worry, your existing Spice points have been recorded for later and are still visible on the Fusion dashboard. Season 3 Spice points are harvested separately.

New ways to harvest spice.

1. Deposit into BOB apps (special multipliers for BTC LSTs and DeFi apps).
2. Vote for your favorite projects (new).
3. Invite your friends to join Fusion.
4. Complete quest campaigns.
5. Join special events (new).

Stacking BOB Partner Points. Most of BOB’s dApp partners are also launching their own points programs, including Solv, Bedrock, Pell, Satoshi protocol and FBTC. Study dApps and pick your favorite to collect additional points. DYOR!

Early Bird Launch Event. In the first hours and days after launch, an early bird bonus is up for grabs. All Spice that you harvest in Season 3 before BOB achieves a DeFi TVL of $75M will be doubled. The sooner you start harvesting, the greater your early bird bonus can be.

Duration. Season 3 is expected to be shorter than Seasons 1 and 2 - more information to be revealed soon.

Spice Harvest Guide

1. Use assets in BOB DeFi

Maximize your Spice harvest by depositing assets into the various DeFi apps on BOB. BTC LSTs have higher multipliers, as do DEXes. Check out the table below for a summary of the highest multipliers.

Spice distribution: Spice points accrue to dApps who then redistribute them to their users on a regular basis. You can see the Spice / hour rates on the Fusion dashboard. Some projects may have additional bonuses or requirements. Please DYOR.

2. Community Voting

New to Season 3 is Community Voting - a first taste of BOB community governance. You can now use your Spice to vote for your favorite projects to receive weekly Spice bonuses.

• Each week, you can vote for your favorite 3 dApps across 3 project categories.
• Your Spice counts as voting power. The more Spice you have, the more your votes count.
• You can change your vote as often as you like during a voting period.
• Once per week, winning projects with the most Spice votes receive a Spice bonus which they can distribute to their users.

Important: Your Spice is unaffected by voting. There is NO locking or burning - Spice is only used for calculating your voting power.

3. Referral program

Season 3 does not require a referral code to join, but you can still get referral bonuses: 15% of the Spice harvested by your direct invites and 7% of the Spice collected by second-level referrals.

The referral bonus applies to all Spice harvested across apps, excluding Spice received from their referral bonuses.

Example:

• Anna invites Bilal who then invites Carlos. Everyone harvests 10,000 Spice by using BTC LSTs in DeFi on BOB.
• Anna receives 2,200 Spice from referrals: 1,500 from Bilal (15% of 10,000) and 700 from Carlos (7% of 10,000).
• Bilal receives a 1,500 Spice referral bonus (15% of 10,000).

**TIP: **Referral bonuses can stack up quickly if you invite friends, who in turn are active in onboarding more users to BOB Fusion.

4. Quest campaigns

Harvest Spice by completing quests and campaigns with partners like Intract and Galxe. Spice from these campaigns will be added to your Spice balance on the dashboard.

5. Special events

There will be a number of special events during the final season of BOB Fusion, giving you additional opportunities to boost your Spice harvest.

The first special event is an early bird bonus for everyone who harvests Spice before BOB’s DeFi TVL reaches $75M. Once this milestone is reached, all Season 3 Spice that you have harvested so far will be doubled.

Future events will be shared on Twitter and on the Fusion dashboard.

6. Stacking partner points

Most of BOB’s dApp partners are also launching their own points programs. If you plan your Spice harvesting strategy carefully, it’s possible to also stack points from multiple projects simultaneously - for example Babylon points, BTC LST points and DeFi protocol points, in addition to BOB Spice.
